gdbsupport: re-generate configure & friends

I get these changes when re-generating the autoconf stuff in gdbsupport,
fallouts from 4655f850 ("Don't run personality syscall at configure
time; don't check it at all").

gdbsupport/ChangeLog:

	* Makefile.in: Re-generate.
	* config.in: Re-generate.
	* configure: Re-generate.
