Prioritise mtfprd and mtvrd over mtvsrd in PowerPC disassembly 

gas/
	* testsuite/gas/ppc/power8.d: Update.
	* testsuite/gas/ppc/vsx2.d: Update.
opcodes/
	* ppc-opc.c (powerpc_opcodes): Prioritise mtfprd and mtvrd over
	mtvsrd, and similarly for mfvsrd.
