binutils: Use the newly built assembler and linker 

Use the newly built assembler and linker in test_gnu_debuglink by passing
$gcc_gas_flag to target_compile.

	* testsuite/binutils-all/compress.exp (test_gnu_debuglink): Pass
	$gcc_gas_flag to target_compile.
