x86: CVTPI2PD has special behavior

CVTPI2PD with a memory operand, unlike CVTPI2PS, doesn't engage MMX
logic. Therefore it
- has a proper AVX equivalent (CVTDQ2PD) and hence can be subject to
  SSE2AVX translation and SSE checking,
- should not record MMX use in the respective ELF note.
