gas APP macro tests

These fail on tic30 due to that target using a different comment char.

	* testsuite/gas/macros/app1.d: xfail tic30.
	* testsuite/gas/macros/app2.d: Likewise.
	* testsuite/gas/macros/app3.d: Likewise.
	* testsuite/gas/macros/app4.d: Likewise.
