* When double connection to same node is detected, try to close only
  one of two - when both nodes connected at the same time because of UDP
  advertisement it was common that both connections were dropped. Now
  drop connection only if the double is in running state.

 * OpenSSL 3.x does not load blowfish crypt algo by default and this breaks
   all password routines. Blowfish is now loaded at startup.
 * When embedding large images, they are automatically scaled down so
   that they fit the maximum P2P protocol item size of 2 megabytes.
