   * cv-hwlp-setup.d: Likewise.
   * cv-hwlp-setupi.d: Likewise.
   * cv-hwlp-starti.d: Likewise.

 include/opcode:
   * riscv-opc.h: Changed encodings to CV32E40P.

 opcodes:
   * riscv-dis.c(print_insn_args): Mask added to case di. This
     means instead of printing bits 11 to 7, only bit 7 will be printed.
     This is not a re-encoding.
