gas: Fix memory leaks in gen-sframe.c 

* gen-sframe.c (sframe_xlate_ctx_cleanup): Call XDELETE on
	xlate_ctx->cur_fre.
	(create_sframe_all): Call XDELETE on xlate_ctx after use.
