I believe Jeff Law denies responsability for this one: 

* config/pa/hpux11w.mh (MH_CFLAGS): Add -Dvfork=fork.
* config/pa/hpux11.mh (MH_CFLAGS): Add -Dvfork=fork.
* config/pa/hpux1020.mh (MH_CFLAGS): Add -Dvfork=fork.
Work-around for PR gdb/366.
