Reduce memory usage by volume voxel coloring.  Voxel colors are stored in bytes and all of the coloring functionality works with floats.  A step that allocated floats equal to the number of voxels so that coloring could be performed has been eliminated.

also, fix a bug where it took timeseries length for all timeseries inputs from the first -var cifti

Prior to calling a CifiInterface method for getting the number of nodes for a structure, verify that the structure is node mappable by cifti.

Changed CiftiInterface::getRowSurfaceNumberOfNodes() and CiftiInterface::getColumnSurfaceNumberOfNodes() so that they return a valid number of nodes when the row/column mapping type is parcels.
