Added cached cmake variable WORKBENCH_INCLUDE_HELP_HTML_RESOURCES in src/CMakeLists.txt.  When TRUE (the default) the html help information is included.  When FALSE, the help resources are excluded and selection of help results in a message indicating help is not available.

Fixed compilation warnings resulting from additional compiler options including testing for missing breaks in switch statements.

Fixed compilation error on Debian.  There was a switch statement on an enumerated type that was missing one of the enumerated values.  The purpose of the switch statement was for compilation to fail if a new coordinate space enumerated value was added to indicate, via comments, new widget(s) may be needed (none of the 'case' statements did anything).  Even though we have the compiler options on to treat a missing case warning as an error, our compilers did not do this in this one instance.  Apparently, the switch statement was ignored since it did nothing and the variable in the switch was 'const' and initialized to a value.  Removing the 'const' resulted in a compiler error for the missing case 'SPACER' that has been added.

Resolve WB-871 Allow editing of a palette's color bar font color:  The font color is editable via selection of the color bar in Annotate Mode.  Font color is saved to scenes.

Fixed bug with window space color bars always being drawn.  If in single tab mode (Tile Tabs OFF), color bars from other tabs were being drawn if the color bar was in window space.

On the Scene Dialog in the list of scenes, "Current Scene" (in color red) is displayed above the name of the most recently created or loaded scene.  If a scene had a loading error, the "Current Scene" was missing and has been corrected.

WB-869 Scroll wheel reversed from previous release: Removed sign flip of Wheel Event on Mac so that zoom functionality is consistent with zooming found in Google Maps.  Thus, on Mac with "Scroll Direction: Natural" OFF, pushing mouse wheel or finger on trackpad forward zooms in.

Trying to fix JSON Illegal UTF-8 sequence:  When passing data to JSON parser a byte array is expected.  The QString was using toLatin1() to convert to byte array and has been changed to toUtf8().

If when uploading to BALSA, a JSON error occurs, include the 'offset' in the error dialog from the JSON error information.

Just pulled source, not sure why this message is needed.

Add additional logging (log response content and code at FINE level) when requesting study information from BALSA.

WB-869 Scroll wheel reversed from previous release: Scroll wheel processing has been revised and seems to function correctly.  Pushing scroll wheel forward zooms in (volume slice gets bigger) on both Mac and Linux.  Still need to test on Windows.  Also, no trackpad is available for Linux and Windows testing (such as a trackpad on a laptop).

Resolve WB-868 Image capture defaults.  Defaults are now Dimensions=Custom; Image Dimensions Width=7.5 inches; Height= proportional to width; Resolution=300 pixels/inch; Copy to Clipboard=OFF; Save to File=ON; save to file name empty so user is forced to choose correct path and file name.
