When user clicks the Lock Aspect button and it is not selected and Tile Tabs... 

When user clicks the Lock Aspect button and it is not selected and Tile Tabs is not enabled, warn user that it is important to adjust the window size and enable tile tabs prior to locking the aspect ratio.
