Cleaned up BrainOpenGLTextRenderInterface. Made updates to the QT text... 

Cleaned up BrainOpenGLTextRenderInterface.  Made updates to the QT text renderer.  Change FTGL text rendrerer to read the font files from resources.  Added font files to resources.
