The paths listing the errors have the images in directories different than the images are actually located.  Will see what happens with build that uses Qt 5.7.

  Renamed a directory in help so that it does not contain the wb_view version number.
  Verified that tooltips do not work in Mac Menu bar, even in older versions of Qt.
  Added a timer so that there is a one second delay before a tooltip is displayed by WuQToolTipHelper.  But before that, I have enabled Qt tooltips for the surface menu to verify that Qt's tooltips do or do not work for Mac menubar in Qt 5.7 (I have 5.14.2 on my computer).
  Fixed compilation warning on unused variable.
  WB-926 Long scene descriptions cutoff in scene selector: Removed some code that was used for 'before and after' testing to compare cutoff vs non-cutoff descriptions.
  Additional updates to Help Documentation including Macros document.
  WB-933 Window Menu -> Identify Toolbar Information Button: Disable the toolbar's information button and the Window Menu's Information item when the Information is displayed in the Overlay Toolbox.
