WB-777 Performance problems limited to scrolling volume slices: Removed duplicate graphics updates from toolbar including volume slices.  The problem is not seen on Mac but is still there on Linux.  On a Linux computer holding down an arrow key and releasing it results in 5 or 10 seconds of the slices continuing to scroll.
