QMenu::setToolTipsVisible() did not work with Qt 5.7 for Mac Menubar. So... 

QMenu::setToolTipsVisible() did not work with Qt 5.7 for Mac Menubar.  So replacing with WuQToolTipHelper that watches for the QMenu::hovered signal and displays a QToolTip.
