Continuing adding support for Qt5: Fixed crash in Progress Reporting Dialog by not unlocking the mutex in the constructor (it should be unlocked by default); added support for using either QGLWidget (used in Qt4 but deprecated and still available in Qt5) or Qt5's QOpenGLWidget; while QOpenGLWidget works it is single-buffered (graphics flash) for a yet unknown reason so using QGLWidget for now.  While not much has been tested, known problems include (1) overlay toolbox being way too tall which makes graphics region way too short; (2) Qt warning message "Attempt to set a screen on a child window" related to the browser window's toolbar; (3) have been able to build on the RedHat Linux system but it will not run on our Linuxbuild computer as it does not think there is OpenGL available
