Renamed OLD_BrainOpenGLVolumeSliceDrawing to... 

Renamed OLD_BrainOpenGLVolumeSliceDrawing to BrainOpenGLVolumeObliqueSliceDrawing.  A previous issue (volume centering) was implemented for orthogonal slice drawing but broke oblique slice drawing so the existing oblique drawing was moved to a separate file and will be updated with volume centering when time permits.
