When colorbar display mode is Percentile, do not override numeric formatting.  Until now, the numeric formatting was set overridden with decimal mode which resulted in it using the Dec/Sci Decimals setting even though it is disabled in Auto formatting mode. This fixes a problem with percentile having incorrect number of digits right of decimal.
