Resolve WB-438 Chart Row Selection Color and Toggle: The selected row or column for a matrix chart is drawn using the Chart Foreground Color.  A CheckBox labeled Highlight Selection has been added to the Chart Attributes section of the Toolbar and enables/disables display of the selected rows/columns in the matrix view.
