On Scene Dialog, when the user runs Test or Replace All Scenes, include the scene number ("1 of N") in the Progress Dialog.  if the user cancels a "Replace All" operation, popup a warning dialog so that the user knows that the Scene File is in a partially updated state (may contain both old and news Scenes).
