WB-907 Draw Free Hand Lines: When an unrecognized child of AnnotationGroup is encountered, issue a warning instead of a fatal error.  This will occur if a new annotation type has been added but not supported by the version of wb_view.  The warning allows reading the remainder of the annotation file.
