Fixed drawing of volume surface outline on volume slices in "All" view so that outlines "behind" the slices are not visible.  Solution was to enable depth testing.  Also fixed crash when switching to oblique slice drawing in ALL vlew by calling oblique slice drawing instead of orthogonal slice drawing.
