ChartableInterface::getCaretMappableDataFile() was pure virtual but...

ChartableInterface::getCaretMappableDataFile() was pure virtual but implemented identically in all implementing classes.  Since it does not require any 'member data' it is now implemented in the interface and implementation has been removed from all of the implementing classes.
