Use CMake FindPackage to find FreeType include directory and libraries. Add... 

Use CMake FindPackage to find FreeType include directory and libraries.  Add FTGL font rendering to wb_command -show-scene.  Got new FTGL system to compile on Linux.  Enable compilation of Workbench when FreeType library is not available.
