Corrected MathFunctions::triangleSignedArea2D: Calculation were in float and...

Corrected MathFunctions::triangleSignedArea2D: Calculation were in float and the result was incorrect when an edge of the triangle was very, very small.  Calculations are now performed in double-precision and area calculation is now correct.
