Thickness of volume surface outline is now in millimeters. If an older scene... 

Thickness of volume surface outline is now in millimeters.  If an older scene is loaded that contains volume surface outline thickness in pixels, the pixel size is converted to millimeters using the viewport pixel and millimeter dimensions the first time the volume surface outline is drawn.
