Resolve WB-576: Ability to modify tab index number when changing tab title: Previously, the dialog for renaming a tab contained an empty text box and if the user renamed the tab, the name of the tab became the tab's number in parenthesis followed by the user's name for the tab.  Now, when the dialog is displayed for renaming a tab, the text box contains the tab number and its default name.  If the user changes the name of the tab, the name of tab become the name entered by the user and is no longer prefixed with the tab number.
