Added usage of WuQtUtilities::setToolButtonStyleForQt5Mac() to tool buttons in the Annotate, Border, Foci, Image, View, and Volume toolbars.  Also added to tool buttons on right edge of the toolbar.  Updated WuQtUtilities::setToolButtonStyleForQt5Mac() to add a "checked" color to on/off tool buttons and a "pressed" color to tool buttons that are clicked.
