WB-931 Surface, chart, and volume coloring is incorrect when opacity is less than 1; WB-918 Transparency in capture: Defaulted separate rgb/alpha opacity to on.  It fixes both of these issues although WB-931 is known to be a problem in Qt 5.14.2 and not a problem in Qt 5.7 and 5.9.5.
