WB-246 volume viewing for unusual volume spaces: Modified VolumeSliceSettings so that it examines the orientation of plumb volume files and thus slice indices increment correctly in volume files with unusual orientations (eg SPR).  At this time, this functionality must be enabled using the Develop Menu's 'Test Volume Slice Selection for All Orientations'.
