Added two Mac Option Key menu items.  In Mac Applications, the contents of some menus will change a bit if the Option key held down when a menu is selected.  One example is conducting an operaton but skipping a confirmation dialog.  For wb_view, if the Option key is held down when the File Menu is displayed, the ellipses are not displayed for 'Close Window' and the window is closed (possibly exiting wb_view) without confirmation.  If the Option key is held down when the File Menu is displayed, 'Open Recent Spec File' will change to 'Load All Files in Recent Spec File' and if selected, all files in the recent spec file will load while bypassing the spec file dialog.
