WB-907 Draw freehand lines: Renamed AnnotationOneDimensionalShape to AnnotationTwoCoordinateShape and renamed AnnotationTwoDimensionalShape to AnnotationOneCoordinateShape so that the names reflect the number of coordinates uses by the annotation.  WB-907 will add line strip types that will be multi-coordinate (more than 2) annotations.
