fix `authentication-tests-darwinssl` (#1400)

* silence `kinit` check

* do not assume existence of `krb5.conf`

Instead: check for presence of `kinit` command.
`/etc/krb5.conf` does not appear present on macOS hosts.

* regenerate Evergreen config
