CDRIVER-4766 replace %ld with %zu in TRACEs (#1465) 

* add 32-bit Debian package build

* CDRIVER-4766 replace %ld with %zu in TRACEs

This fixes compilation failure when %ld format specifier is used on 32-bit
platforms.
