We use the new docker-based infrastructure of Travis which allows faster
and responsiver continuous integration jobs.

This major spamming operation updates:
- the name of the project
- the copyright notice
- the project URL

- Move my singature at the end
- Untabify

- Rewrite the README file
- Add cookie in files to keep work progress
- Add a small reporting utilities for cookies
- Clean OCaml test-examples in test/ocaml
