[Attributor][FIX] Do not use cyclic arguments for `nonnull`

`AADereferenceable::getAssumedDereferenceableBytes()` is actually
deducing `dereferenceable_or_null`. We should not use that information
to deduce `nonnull`, since it doesn't imply `nonnull`.
