[scudo] Fix the calculation of PushedBytesDelta (#95177) 

BytesInBG is always greater or equal to BG->BytesInBGAtLastCheckpoint.

Note that the bug led to unnecessary attempts of page releasing and
doesn't have critical impact on the correctness.
