[X86][AVX] Remove redundant EXTRACT_VECTOR_ELT(VBROADCAST(SCALAR())) fold 

Noticed while looking for similar cases to rG931ec74f - SimplifyDemandedVectorElts and shuffle combining both should handle this now.
