[InstCombining] Refactor checks for TryToSinkInstruction. NFC

Moved out the checks for profitability of TryToSinkInstructions
into a lambda function.
This will also allow us to easily add checks for bailing out if the
transform is not profitable.

Tests-Run: instCombine tests.
