[ARM] Define ComplexPatternFuncMutatesDAG 

Some of the Arm complex pattern functions call canExtractShiftFromMul,
which can modify the DAG in-place. For this to be valid and handled
successfully we need to define ComplexPatternFuncMutatesDAG.
