[sanitizer] Intercept lstat on Linux 

It's availible from GLIBC 2.33
Fixes use-of-uninitialized-value llvm/lib/Support/Unix/Path.inc:467:29 in llvm::sys::fs::remove(llvm::Twine const&, bool)
