[lldb] Remove unnecessary FormatCache::GetEntry (NFC) (#80603)

The implementation of `FormatCache::Entry
&FormatCache::GetEntry(ConstString)` is effectively a duplication of
`std::map::operator[]`. This change deletes `GetEntry` and replaces its
use with `operator[]`.
