Update mlir-spirv-cpu-runner.cpp (#70649) 

https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/70568 removed the support for
lowering SPIRV to LLVM dialect. We now need to stop using
enableOpaquePointers with ConvertSPIRVToLLVMPassOptions.
