[X86][SSE] canonicalizeShuffleWithBinOps - handle target shuffles. 

Fold SHUFFLE(BINOP(SHUFFLE(X),SHUFFLE(Y))) -> BINOP(SHUFFLE'(X),SHUFFLE'(Y)) style patterns as well as the existing shuffles of constants.
