[PowerPC] Exploit vnmsubfp instruction

On PowerPC, we have vnmsubfp Altivec instruction for fnmsub operation on
v4f32 type. Default pattern for this instruction never works since we
don't have legal fneg for v4f32 when VSX disabled.
