Revert "Enhance BranchProbabilityInfo::calcUnreachableHeuristics for InvokeInst" 

This reverts commit r256028.

It broke:

    LLVM :: CodeGen/Mips/eh.ll
    LLVM :: CodeGen/Mips/insn-zero-size-bb.ll
