[Dialect] Fix a warning 

This patch fixes:

  mlir/lib/Dialect/Tensor/Transforms/MergeConsecutiveInsertExtractSlicePatterns.cpp:158:17:
  error: 'matchAndRewrite' overrides a member function but is not
  marked 'override' [-Werror,-Wsuggest-override]
