[AArch64][NFC] Add test case for setcc (iN bitcast (vNi1 X)), (iN 0), (eq|ne) 

To be combined to 'setcc (iN (zext (i1 (vecreduce_or (vNi1 X))))), 0, (eq|ne)'
in follow on patch.
