Revert "[JITLink] Add JITLinkDylib type, thread through JITLinkMemoryManager APIs." 

This reverts commit 8904ee8a.
Didn't `git add` llvm/ExecutionEngine/JITLink/JITLinkDylib.h and hence doesn't
build anywhere.
